Reginal Bryant has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology Operations, Information Security and Risk Management, Military Command & Control and Intelligence Systems, and Program Management. He is currently a Group Vice President with the Federal Reserve’s National Information Technology (NIT), Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO). Over the last 11 years, Reginal has served in significant leadership roles to include, the Enterprise Information Security Program & Operational Resiliency Executive, as well as the Information System Security Officer for National IT.

Prior to the Federal Reserve, Reginal was a Cybersecurity and Information Technology Officer with the United States Air Force, serving in diverse leadership roles worldwide, to include the National Security Agency. In his final Air Force assignment in 2007, he was selected for the rank of Major and was the Interim Squadron Commander and Chief Information Officer for the 366th Communications Squadron, Mountain Home Air Force Base.

Reginal earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina and Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from UMUC Europe - Bowie State. In 2018, Reginal completed Harvard Business School’s 25th General Management Program. He also holds several IT and security professional certifications (CISSP, CAP, CGEIT, ITIL).
